Kyle Pinto, MSW
Kyle Pinto, MSW, has been a National Trainer with David Mandel & Associates since 2012. He facilitates training and consultation services around the Safe and Together model for child welfare, fatherhood and home visiting professionals. Kyle is a social worker and community educator who has worked throughout the child welfare, criminal justice and domestic violence fields for over ten years. He served as an in-home and out-of-home social worker in Providence, Rhode Island and in the District of Columbia. In addition, he has worked directly with men on parole and probation through the Alternative to Incarceration Center in Danbury (CT) and has contributed to policy reform and community organizing with the Connecticut Juvenile Justice Alliance. Kyle also served as the coordinator of The Men’s Initiative, an educational and community activist program highlighting the role men play in violence prevention, which he had the honor of presenting at the International White Ribbon Campaign Conference in Sydney, Australia.
